The following betting rules apply to all members on khelagho:

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts or by members of the same household.
• Voucher codes not used within the specified validity period will be automatically cancelled.

Khelagho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice. If bonus abuse is detected — such as arbitrage betting or bonus hunting — the relevant account's bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on khelagho and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using khelagho for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Harassing or threatening other members, or disrupting the platform's operations.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to khelagho's systems.

Khelagho may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon proven violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

You can close your account at any time by contacting khelagho support. Please withdraw any bonus-free balance before closing your account.
